How long does it take for my order to ship?
Domestic orders will be processed and shipped within two business days of the order date, excluding weekends and holidays. Delays in processing will be communicated within 24 hours.
Orders with expedited shipping will go out the next business day if placed before 2pm CST.

CARE & MATERIALS
How do I care for the materials?
We use a urethane-based paint with a thick urethane clear coat finish. To clean painted areas, we suggest using a microfiber cloth paired with a spray wax product. Avoid using acetone based or harsh cleaning products.
100% wool felt has been applied to objects that require protection when placed on a surface. Custom felting is noted in product descriptions. No cleaning is required.
